
Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment
At Shriram Industries, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Because we deal in consumable goods (packaged drinking water), our refund and return policies are designed to maintain the highest health and safety standards.
2. Order Cancellations
We process orders very quickly. If you need to cancel:
- You can cancel your order free of charge within 4 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't left our dispatch facility.
- Once an order is in transit, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive water bottles that are physically damaged, leaking, or have broken seals, please do not accept the delivery. If you notice the damage immediately after the delivery team leaves, please contact us with photos within 24 hours. We will gladly process a full replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for water bottles where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with by the customer.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is securely approved, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this process usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
